Specializing in technical mountain construction, Transwest Construction has taken the challenges of building in difficult conditions as an opportunity to constantly improve upon and develop new framing techniques. From Aspen to Carbondale, Edwards to Vail and Winter Park, our seasoned crews are respected for their accuracy, efficiency, and ability to adjust to circumstances.
Seamless integration between trades is achieved through Transwest Construction’s in house Framing Division with attention to detail from beginning to end of each project. Transwest Construction truly creates a value for its Builders, as we manage every aspect from materials procurement to building expertise with our house experienced labor, we consistently finish the job ahead of time and on budget.
With Transwest’s General Construction Division, we handle a project from beginning to end. Our managers are involved with the Owners, Architects, and Engineers offering value engineering from conception of plans, estimating, all the way through the project, creating a valued partner during all aspects of a project.
Mike Scrivens’ years of hands-on experience both in California and Colorado with over 100 projects in the Valley from general contracting residential ground up homes to large framing commercial work brings the experience and known as one of the best builders in the Valley for over 30 years.
Greg Anderson, for 22 years with Transwest, started in the Framing Division and has grown to be a leader as a highly experienced framer, superintendent, and builder. His attention to detail is unsurpassed in the Vail and Aspen Valley. He has managed many high end residential and commercial projects as our Superintendent.
